  • Advised steer­ing com­mit­tees about train­ing needs and change management.
  • Designed com­pe­ten­cies and coor­di­nated super­vi­sors’ devel­op­ment programs.
  • Imple­mented and coached peer devel­op­ment groups.
  • Designed and fol­lowed up train­ing pro­grams by job type (operators).

  • Designed and imple­men­tated a skill assess­ment tool for operators.
